Thank you for your interest in the Volentine Family Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to making a difference in the communities it serves through education, substance abuse rehabilitation programs and charitable organizations that foster and promote youth activities.

Our Foundation’s guidelines limit the type and locations of grants to be awarded. Please provide the following information to help us determine whether your program would be a possible fit into our guidelines. If we determine that your organization’s request is consistent with the Volentine Family Foundation’s guidelines, we will send you a full grant application. If your organization does receive a full grant application, it does not guarantee that funds will be awarded.
